Liu Yang, the current national volleyball team captain and former professional player from Shandong Province, has been making waves in recent years as he continues to excel at the international stage.
Born in 1986, Liu Yang began his career with the Chinese Taipei national team in 2004 before moving on to play for the Shanghai Sharks in 2007. Liu Yang's success has not gone unnoticed, and he has received widespread recognition both domestically and internationally. In 2019, he was named as the Best Coach of the Year by the Korea Basketball Association (KBA). This accolade is testament to the hard work and dedication he puts into his coaching style.
