Juan Cuadrado has scored two crucial goals for Juventus, helping the Serie A champions secure their third consecutive title.

The Argentine striker, who was part of the squad that defeated Real Madrid in the Champions League final last season, netted twice against Roma on Sunday to give Juventus a 2-1 lead heading into the second half.

The first goal came in the 75th minute when he headed home a cross from Giuseppe Marotta, and the second came in the 88th minute when he headed in a corner following a corner kick.

"It's been a long time since I've scored three goals," said Cuadrado after the game. "It's really important for us because we need more than just one goal."

He added: "We have to work hard and try to win the league again next season. We want to be at the top of the table and I'm sure everyone is looking forward to it."

Cuadrado also made a vital contribution as Juventus secured their fourth straight victory in all competitions this season.

The striker has become an integral part of the team's attacking midfield and has been instrumental in creating chances for his teammates.

"We need him to stay healthy and focused,Campeonato Brasileiro Action" coach Marco Maldini told reporters after the match. "He is one of our best strikers and we can't afford to lose him."

In addition to scoring, Cuadrado also had a key role in setting up the goals for his teammates.

"He is very strong physically but also mentally," Maldini said. "He has been playing with his back to the goal a lot recently and it shows in his play."

Despite the impressive display, the Italian national team will face tough competition in the World Cup qualifiers later this month.

"Juve needs to keep its head high and focus on the upcoming World Cup qualifiers," Maldini said. "They must prepare well and they'll be facing some good teams."
